Jared from Bobs Carpet & Tile first came to clean just one room in our home, as mice had made their way there. We wanted the rest of the house cleaned also, but were in the middle of admitting my 90 yr old dad to hospice, so A LOT of people in & out. Bobs Carpets worked around our hectic schedule, and it was SO appreciated! Jared is a VERY polite, and courteous young man, and he did a fantastic job. I was pleasantly pleased when it was him to come back to clean the rest of the house, and once again, he did a great job! I spoke with Bob several times during the entire process, and he too, was very polite & courteous, and worked with us on the payment of the work done. My carpet was gross when we bought our house 5 years ago. Previous owners agreed to clean after closing but did not. Assuming my personal shampooer would do the trick, I have shampooed the carpet multiple times. I felt assured it was cleaner but could never see a difference. Then I gave up allowing my kids to eat on carpet etc thinking I would have to replace it. My mom recommended calling a professional before I spent a fortune replacing. Bob’s estimate was very affordable. His service was fast and friendly. He and his helper Jared went above and beyond in many ways. I am not sure if any carpet cleaner can remove stains like grape juice. Bob told me his service would remove dirt but not stains. The carpet literally changed color as he was cleaning. It is gross to think I have been living with that much grime. I debated on a 4 or a five for only one reason. I told Bob I would need help moving furniture. We moved some of my furniture and left some. Unfortunately my crib was placed on my bed. I asked Bob to help me get it back down before he left. He said he would come back by later so floor could dry a little. When I went to lay baby down and retire myself there was the crib still on my bed. I tried to get it down myself and struggled. I did eventually get it down, but broke it in the process. That was very frustrating to me. Overall I am so impressed so I did give a five. I have and will continue to recommend Bob. I wish I would have taken a better picture but am including the only one I have. This was taken when he was almost done. I will use Bob again. I have had so many other companies come and clean my home carpets or the carpets at the apartments that I own and I have never had as good of a job done. I was always left with very wet carpets and they would never be clean. I was always frustrated by this, so I bought a carpet machine and we did them ourselves. Now that I’ve found Bob, I will never use anyone else. He’s kind, meticulous, and careful. He takes his time to make sure to get all the spots out and leave the carpets almost dry. He has done absolute magic on some of my apartment carpets when tenants move out. When I show the apartments after the carpets are cleaned, people sometimes ask if they’re new!
